Donna Hughes has been Licensed to sell Real Estate in North Carolina since 1999.  She is now a "triple threat" in the industry. Having just earned her General Contractor's License, & having started a Junk Removal Company (specializing in property liquidation), Donna can handle almost all aspects of your transition!

Following in the footsteps of her Father, who was a well-known Real Estate Broker & Auctioneer for 30 years, her Mother, who was a Realtor, and her Great Uncle, who was also a long time Realtor in this area, Donna  understands that buying & selling Real Estate can happen during the happiest, & most emotionally challenging times in life. 

Donna Hughes has made million-dollar iconic properties go viral, but also has the same zeal & passion for the small fixer upper. She has sold Big Farms, Commercial Buildings, Historic Homes & everything in between.

Donna started out with a bang, and was recognized as "Rookie Of The Year" in her Coldwell Banker Firm in the year 2000.  

She was the Recipient of the "Key to the City of Trinity, NC" (her birthplace), in 2014 by the Distinguished Former City Councilman, the Late Jessie Hill. 

Donna was the Recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award in Randolph County, NC for her dedication to her Craft, her Community & Pursuit of Excellence.

In May 2021, Donna made the Cover of "Real Producer Magazine," a widely recognized Publication honoring Top Local Producers, and honor given to only 11 Realtors each year, chosen out of over 5,000. 

During her stint at Keller Williams, Donna won the Gold & Platinum Medals for Production & was Top Individual Agent for 3 years amongst over 300 Agents. She has represented 10 different Attorneys in the Sale or Purchase of Real Estate. Her attention to detail, as well as knowledge of compliance & the Law, has garnered her the attraction of Attorneys, to work with her as an Agent & trust her with their own assets. An Agent trusted & respected by those who interpret the Law, is an Agent you can trust! Compliance is insurance!

Donna Hughes is a well-known, Singer-Songwriter, with songs having been recorded by Award-Winning Artists, including Grammy Winners, around the World, of various genres.  She has performed at High Profile Music Venues across the US, and has recorded several albums of Original Songs.  Her prolific catalog of songs can be heard on Spotify, Pandora, and all major music retailers.

Donna Hughes is a proud Cum Laude Graduate of High Point University, with a B.A. in History.  She is also an Animal Advocate, and has helped to pass local laws against dog chaining.  

Donna enjoys spending time on her 3rd Generation Farm with all her many Animals, restoring an old Farmhouse, restoring Old Barns, riding the various trails, painting barn quilts, driving her John Deere 2750 Tractor, writing songs & performing at local venues.
